Individual therapy is a private exchange between the therapist and the individual who is seeking to make changes in their life. Therapy sessions are instrumental in helping identify dysfunctional thoughts and behavior patterns.
Individual therapy provides a safe and confidential space where the individual can discuss situations, past and present, that cause them emotional pain. The individual is able to work through the painful events and begin the healing process through ongoing therapy sessions.

Relationship Therapy is a talking therapy which allows you to identify negative behaviors which can be changed in order to improve your relationship. The aim of this type of therapy is to help you and your partner(s) / family members gain a better understanding of negative patterns within the relationship.
Counseling can provide you with new tools, ideas and perspectives to help you to get your relationship back on track. This type of therapy can successfully help you gain a sense of warm and loving connections, monitor progress, mediate conflict and give you objective feedback.

Sex Therapists work with both individuals and partners to assist folks heal erotic & body-based shame, while expanding their innate capacity for pleasure, communication, emotional & sexual intimacy, and sexual embodiment.
Sex therapy involves working with three dimensions of experience: body, mind, and attachment and then navigating your emotional and sexual awareness and expression.
Sex Therapists are specialists in issues related to sexuality, gender, sexual trauma, intimacy and are LGBTQ, Kink & Poly savvy.
EMDR Therapy is a progressive psychotherapy tool used to heal from the symptoms caused by the distress they experience after a trauma or disturbing life event.
Disturbing life events can range from bullying, neglect, sexual abuse, or even witnessing something distressing.
A myth that is widely held is that significant emotional pain requires a long time or even years to overcome. EMDR therapy shows that the mind can in fact heal from psychological trauma, similar to how to the body heals from an injury.
